After Care - The Soft Brick Maintenance Division
| Our philosophy has always been to reduce our customer’s maintenance costs to free up much needed capital to enhance or refurbish their play equipment. Routine Inspection performed solely by the customer can lead to problems if you don’t have the support of a professional maintenance provider improving the safe condition of your facility. The Soft Brick Company has always been the number one supplier and provider of Corporate and Single site maintenance. We created the first Maintenance Contract for Corporate facilities in the mid 90’s and have gone on to service more sites, more often than any other provider! We are currently operating every year on over 25% of all maintained sites in the United Kingdom. Our Nationwide service is provided by our own fully trained, RPII Qualified and enhanced CRB certified staff. |
All maintenance and refurbishment that we carry out uses products from our on-line trade counter. We research these products every month to ensure that our prices match or beat any other like for like product supplied by our competitors. We will not be beaten on price and we cannot be matched on quality or service. We offer a full range of cost effective service packages ranging from a one off visit to comprehensive contract cover and extended warranty.
Our aftercare can be split into two categories:
- Maintenance of existing play areas including indoor, outdoor & both!
- Refurbishment & system extensions
