Emergency Call-Out

If you have a problem at your site and you need someone to help FAST then pick up the phone to us now! We have a range of services to suit your every need. We will give immediate advice over the phone and where necessary arrange to come to your site within 24 hours.

This service is suited to when there is:

Accident on site
Risk of an accident on site due to product failure that cannot be repaired by operator

One-Off Visit

We have a range of services to suit your every need. We recommended that all play facilities have a maintenance inspection at least once every 12 months.

This service includes:

All works undertaken by fully trained Soft Brick Engineers
Maintenance certificate to display to your customers at your site within 21 days
It may be also worth enquiring about one of our Maintenance Contract packages which comes with many further benefits.

System Refresher

The Soft Brick system refresher service is intended to clean the parts of your play area that your staff can't reach. All works are completed by site engineers fully trained to work with harnesses at height - we'll reach those difficult and hard to clean areas that you hate!

This service includes:

Harness clean to the top of the play area system including all roof bars, accessible pipes, ducts etc within an arm’s reach of the roof of the play system Harness clean to the exterior of any tube slides
Play area voids brushed and vacuumed
Full system dust down to remove dust released from the related void cleans

Ball Pool Cleaning

Our maintenance teams have access to specialist cleaning machinery to make ball pool cleaning as quick and effective as possible! This service includes:

a full sanitisation of all ball pool balls
full sanitisation and wipe-down of the ball pool itself
removal of all broken / crushed ball pool balls.
