We can ship to virtually any address in the world. If you are looking to place an international order (i.e. outside of the UK) then please contact us and we will prepare a quotation specifically for you.
Note that there are restrictions on some products due to the size - please note the stated dimensions stated on the website are approximate.
Once your products are ready for dispatch we will update the status of your order online. Depending on the size of the products in your order, we would typically use a pallet delivery service.
This courier delivery service is kerbside to kerbside - so please note that the courier is under no obligation to deliver the products right to your door or to an area designated by you. Once our drivers cross the threshhold of your delivery address, they are no longer insured and once the goods are unloaded from the vehicle they are no longer insured (this is the case for all couriers).
The pallet delivery service is typically a 48hr delivery service. Our courier will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a suitable delivery time. Our couriers have a 15 minute window on arriving on site to deliver the product. There may be a re-delivery charge should a failed delivery attempt take place.
Collection from our Warehouse
We also provide a 'Collect from our Warehouse' option - this option allows customers to collect their order in person or they can arrange their own courier service.

We are open Monday to Friday (Except Bank Holidays). 9am - 5pm.
If you select the 'Collect from our Warehouse' option then we will contact you via email when your order is ready for collection.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
